“Stable” Is the Floor, Not the Finish

Psychiatry that doesn’t stop at stable. A lot of medication management settles for quieter symptoms and on-time refills, checked off in a five-minute visit. That is not the standard here — and there are no five-minute refills here. The goal is a life that works: clear thinking, real energy, sleep that restores you, and a medication plan you understand and help direct.

“Precise psychopharmacology — thoughtful starts, careful changes, and deprescribing when it serves you.”
The PsychMed Care standard

Two Visits. Real Time.

$350 self-pay · insurance accepted

Your first visit is a full hour: a comprehensive evaluation of your history, your health, and what you want to be different. You leave with clear direction — and a plan we decided together.

What to Expect

30 minutes

Follow-Up Appointment

$250 self-pay · insurance accepted

Follow-ups are a full half hour — never a refill stop. Each visit reviews how the medication is actually working in your life and includes brief focused therapy and whole-person attention.

Visits & Fees

One Integrated Plan

Precise Psychopharmacology

Medication chosen and adjusted with care — thoughtful starts, careful changes, and deprescribing when less medication serves you better.

Brief Focused Therapy

Even medication-focused follow-ups include brief solution-focused therapy. Medication works better when someone is paying attention to the life around it.

Labs & GeneSight Testing

Targeted labs through LabCorp — thyroid, B12, folate, vitamin D, iron, and metabolic and inflammatory markers — plus GeneSight cheek-swab testing to take the guesswork out of choosing a medication.

Supplements & Whole-Body Health

Evidence-supported supplements through Fullscript, and attention to sleep, nutrition, movement, and physical health alongside the prescription.

Conditions Treated

  • Depression
  • Anxiety
  • ADHD
  • Bipolar Disorder
  • OCD
  • PTSD & Trauma
  • Insomnia & Sleep Problems
  • Substance Use

Care for older adolescents (17 and up), adults, and seniors — in an LGBTQIA+ affirming practice.
